1)  Reviewed for grammar quiz.  The grammar quiz is 10 multiple choice questions.  Review 
     your notes and the "The Sentence" slides available to you in Classroom.
2)  Finished listening to and discussing "The Ravine"
3)  "Elements of Plot" worksheet.  This is not homework.  Class time will be given tomorrow to work 
      on this assignment.
Homework:
3)  Review for "The Ravine" Quiz.  A study guide was given in class.  The quiz is 10 multiple 
     choice questions.
4)  Review for the grammar quiz.  Additional study notes were given in class today.  Also, use the
     "Sentence" slides posted in classroom to help with reviewing.

I've been updating this daily, but today when I looked, I saw nothing posted for this week for periods A, B, and F.  Homework was posted for periods D and E.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  I'm reposting for this week.

3)  Grammar worksheets:  Subject and Predicate pages 3-6 due tomorrow
4)  Close Reader pages 3-8, 4,5 and 6. Write your own answer for activity 6.  This will not be a group activity.  Due Tuesday.  B period:  You complete only activity 5 on page 6.
